Refunds, Exchanges and Store Credit
Blue Hawaii Jewelry does not offer refunds. We do offer exchanges or store credit for orders that are not custom. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Non-custom, unworn, undamaged pieces must be sent back within 10 days of receipt (based on the timestamp date received). All custom orders and sale items are final sale. Contact us right away as we make every effort to make our customers happy!
Pearl Strands - 5 Day Return Policy
All Pearl Strands must be returned within 5 days of purchase. Strands must be in their original condition and packaging and must not have been worn. A website credit will be issued.Custom orders
Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. All sales are final.
Sale Items
We will not accept returns, exchanges or order cancellations on sale items or items with a coupon code. All sales are final.

Workmanship
If it is determined by Blue Hawaii Jewelry that an item has a design flaw and it is our fault, we will fix or replace the piece with the same exact design style. Processing time is 5 - 10 business days. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping to Blue Hawaii Jewelry and Blue Hawaii Jewelry will pay first class shipping in the US back to the buyer of the fixed or replaced piece.
